I've started a new blog just for PLASR. Hopefully we can have fun using it and keep all our information in one place. I'll start off this months lesson first. I got a new pot just for making beans. We eat them a lot. I almost sent this pot back because it turns out you can't use it on the stove top. I decided to give it a try when I found out you can cook beans in the oven. Who knew?! They are the BEST beans I've ever made. And the plus is that it's pretty. I've never had a pretty pot before! The colors are prettier in person.
